The Empower Foundation is the charitable arm of Empower Training , committed to protecting health and relieving sickness through free, accessible training for some of society’s most vulnerable individuals.

We provide Basic Life Support, Mental Health First Aid to people experiencing homelessness, those at risk of rough sleeping, and others facing social exclusion.

Our mission is to build skills, restore confidence, and give people the tools to save lives, starting with their own.

Every course we deliver through the Foundation is taught with dignity, compassion, and lived experience.

We don’t just teach.
